The Mapua Easter Fair is a fundraiser for Mapua School and Playcentre, organised and run by volunteer parents and other associated volunteers. The fair is managed by The Mapua Easter Fair Charitable Trust Board.
All proceeds from the Fair will be used by the school and the playcentre for equipment and operating costs.
Stall holder applications for 2022 will open mid Feb. We will contact previous stallholders by email and post on Facebook when they open.
Pricing and terms and conditions are yet to be finalised for 2022, the 2021 info is indicative of pricing, sizing and the requrirements for having a stall.
Site Fees & Sizes for 2021:

|Powered Sites||$50 per lead extra (you must bring your own extension cords with current test tags and electrical compliance certificates)|
|Premium Sites – Sites facing the stage||$25 per site extra – only to be paid once confirmed|
|Premium Sites – Corner Sites||$25 per site extra – only to be paid once confirmed|
Important points for 2021
- The Mapua Easter Fair organisers are working towards being a zero waste event. We ask that stallholders sell food and/or drinks at the Fair in home compostable or reusable packaging. Commercially compostable packaging is not acceptable. This includes all plates, cups, cup lids, utensils, straws and wrappers. Examples of acceptable packaging include Sugarcane (bagasse), unbleached napkins, paper bags, cardboard (no lining), potatopak, pine boats, wooden cutlery & paper straws.
- Exhibitors booking powered sites must have current electrical compliance certification, and this will be checked at the Fair. If Exhibitors cannot produce current electrical compliance certification to our onsite electrician, then no connection to power leads will be made.

Site fees are strictly non-refundable unless your application is declined. In extreme conditions, the Fair may be cancelled at our discretion and no refunds will be made.
